ABOUT ME

My name Dr. Abigail Lench DC, FMACP and I have been serving clients since 2009.after my husband had been struggling for years with a gut problem, I began my certification in Functional Medicine. My husband was unable to be there for our family, had so many food sensitivities that he was down to eating a handful of foods, and was dealing with depression from all of it. I wasn't willing to accept that and neither was he, so I furthered my education and fell in love with Functional Medicine because after everything, that is what helped get him his life back!

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine is about feeling seen, heard, and understood in a way that goes beyond symptoms. Unlike conventional medicine that often focuses on a pill for every complaint, Functional Medicine looks at the whole person. It's like having a compassionate guide who listens to your story, your struggles, and your aspirations with genuine empathy and considers factors like hormonal imbalances, gut health, inflammation, and genetics. Here at Dr. Abby Functional Medicine, my ADAPT method is not a cookie-cutter approach, but a step-by-step approach utilizing specific advanced labs you can't find elsewhere.
