Welcome to Craniosacral Chiropractic!

Our Values

Compassionate Presence

Care begins with listening. Every session honors the full human experience: emotional, physical, and nervous-system based.

Rooted in Science, Delivered with Heart

Evidence-informed care that doesn’t lose sight of the whole person. Clinical clarity meets intuitive, grounded bodywork.

Empowerment Through Awareness

Clients are an active partner: education, body awareness, and nervous system literacy are integrated into care.

Humor and Humanity

Laughter and lightness are part of the healing process. No white-coat stiffness here - just real connection and open-hearted care.

You’re in good hands

Dr. Debra specializes in nervous-system-focused bodywork that helps people return to a calmer, more grounded and pain-free self. It's a unique blend of being kind, resourceful, and inclusive. She/they works in modalities of craniosacral therapy, organ massage, biogeometric integration, myofascial release, assisted stretching and chiropractic bodywork.

Her background includes a doctorate from Life Chiropractic College West with clinical honors, a teaching credential from Cal State East Bay, and a B.S. in Conservation from UC Berkeley. But what truly has you in good hands is that they always begin and end each session by returning your body to a state of safety and presence. It's hands-on work with heartfelt progress.

Long-lasting results occur when the body and mind are witnessed in their trauma. From this place of respectful listening and clinical clarity, she acts as a guide on the side, helping you grow and evolve into new, resilient ways of being in the world. Areas of focus include hydraulic forces of the brain, joint biomechanics, muscle strains, somatic emotional holding patterns, and organ immobilization. The work is practical, restorative, and always tailored to you.

This systems-based approach makes your sessions remarkably effective. Previous patients have found support with headaches, shoulder pains, menstrual cramps, back pain, neck pain, and emotional capacity.

Before pursuing chiropractic, they embarked on two unique paths as a Title I teacher and a botanical surveyor, helping them stay heart-centered while being determined to find holistic solutions. Don't be shy to strike up a conversation about plants, dance moves, or karaoke at the office; there may even be a few spine-tingling jokes along the way!

Let's get to the root of things, align your goals, and sustain you in what you LOVE to do!
