Growing up in Wisconsin, Dr. Mary Beth knew she wanted to be both a Doctor and an Olympian. From a young age, she committed to competing and working towards my dreams becoming a reality. With the support of her family, coaches, and mentors, she was able to accomplish both milestones. 
 
Dr. Mary Beth is a two-time Olympic athlete and a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic practicing near Tampa, Florida. She honed her craft with some of the best in chiropractic and has experienced the joy of performing thousands of adjustments, seeing many lives transformed. The body has an innate intelligence that is always healing, always protecting…even with imperfect input. Chiropractic and a holistic approach to health supports your ability to heal yourself.

Dr. Mary Beth’s integrative treatment model developed from the care she needs as an athlete, as a mom to two boys, and as a woman navigating life’s journey.   This systematic and holistic approach enables her to evaluate and treat everyone uniquely, removing interference, restoring balance, and rebuilding strength.  Her philosophy looks to identify root causes of dis-ease and centers on seven areas of health that need to be in balance for individuals to thrive: Nervous System, Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Hormones, Sunlight/Nature, and Rest. Her practice is thus named LiveWell7 and their mission is to provide superior service with a personalized approach.

Pain and dis-ease affects everything that we do and can distract us from living well. Healing may be necessary first for each to fulfill their unique purpose. Your experience with Dr. Mary Beth will be as unique as your purpose.  Her adjusting techniques include Diversified, Activator, Thompson (drop), Flexion/Distraction, and Applied Kinesiology.  Although not for every patient, the Y Strap traction is used as needed for decompression.  She also does soft tissue and fascia mobilization using various methods including Gua Sha tools.   Her office has Softwave TRT shockwave therapy for musculoskeletal issues that may help avoid surgery and is used to treat post-surgery complications, pain in the knee, shoulder, hip, back, neck, neuropathy, and plantar fasciitis.
